Refunds & Exchanges

ENVY CLOTHING’S RETURN POLICY:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen days of the delivery date. Your delivery date can be found by using your tracking number that will be sent to you. If fourteen days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwrinkled, no perfume or aromas, no makeup or deodorant stains). Returns or exchanges must have tags attached and hygienic liners in place. If item does not meet these standards, a store credit or exchange may not be issued.

To exchange an item, please email us with the item you wish to exchange and the new item name and size desired. Due to limited inventory, not all items and sizes are guaranteed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All accessories, bathing suits, discount code sales, and sale items are considered a FINAL SALE. No exchanges or store credit will be given on these items.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an item that it is damaged or defected, send us an email with a picture of the item and a copy of your receipt within three days of your delivery date.  Emails should be sent to EnvyClothingLLC@gmail.com.

SHIPPING:

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping for returning the item. If you are requiring a return label from us, this price is not included in your original purchase amount, store credit, or exchange amount. This price will be deducted from your exchange or store credit amount.

 If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
